Miss Lois, as she was known, was born June 17, 1917 in Wrightsville, GA and moved to Liberty County at the age of 2. She was a graduate of Bradwell Institute, Georgia Teachers College and Savannah State University. She taught school in Liberty County for 44 years. Miss Lois was preceded in death by two husbands, Lawton C. Dasher and Cyril E. Kicklighter. She is survived by four nieces, Juanita Denman, Muriel Martin, Linda S. Smiley, Nancy Stafford, and one nephew, William P. Dasher, all of Hinesville. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, at the Kicklighter Residence, 257 Topi Trail, Hinesville. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 2 at the First United Methodist Church followed by burial at the Hinesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Earl Phillips, Craig Stafford, Johnny Smiley, Ronny Mobley, Jeff Stewart, and Angel Cordero. Honorary pallbearers will be Women with Vision and Faith Circle, Danny Norman, Wyman May, Ed Edwards, Charles Shuman, W.L. Hall, Pete Clark, Speir Flanders, Gerald DeLoach, and the Spice Girls Bridge Club. The family requests any memorials, in lieu of flowers, be donated to the funds for a new social hall to First United Methodist Church, 203 N.
