Note: 6 years after Irwin was granted guardianship of Peter Wiggins surviving children, he was called into court for "mismanaging" the guardianship by Elijah Jones and Rueben May. The matter was later resolved and Irwin won the case. It is not known what proof Irwin provided to resolve the matter. The name of the children was Moriah L. and Sarah Wiggins.
