I Mrs. Mary Jane Hallaway of said State & County being of sound and despsing mine and memory do make this my last Will and Testament herby revoking all wills herebefore made by me.

Item 1st
I have deeded my land as I wanted it to go.

Item 2nd
I give to my Daughter Susie Right Children one dollar each.
To my Daughter Sallie Lyons I give her 5.00 dollars <Five>
To my Daughter Eliza Camp I give her five dollars
To my Daughter Polly Burgamy I give her $5.00 <Five dollars>
I give to Julia Lockhart ‎(my daughter)‎ 5.00 <Five dollars>
I Give to my son A B Hattay $5.00 <Five>
I give to my son L. N. Hattay All my Hogs and all of my mules and horses ‎(except Roda)‎ also all of my cattle that I may have at the time of my death.
Also my Syrup mill and Pan and also all of the family Tools of every kind that I may have on hand and what ever Feed stuff provision or crop I have at the time of my death. Also what money or accounts I may have on hand after my debts are paid.

To my Daughter Effie Smith I give $5.00 Five dollars
To my Son Will Hallowy I give $5.00 Five dollars and also my Roda mule. Also my big settle ‎[or settee]‎.
to my Son Cleaveland Hattawy I give Five dollars and also of my chickens & ‎[?]‎

Item the 3 I want my exector to Equally divide my house hole and Kitchen Furnature between my son L. N. Hattaway and Alex Hattay except my sewing machine to give that to Kate Burgamy and give my Calender Clock to Mrs. A. B. Hattaway.

I want my exector to collect what money is due me and Pay my Burel expence & Dr. Bills and pay of my children acording to the will.

And if they is not a enoughf money on hand sell my crop to rais the money to pay it off with.

Item 4 I hereby appoint my Nephew A. M. Hattaway Exector of this my last will and Testament.

I Mary J. Hattaway being of sound mind do make this my last will and statement revoking all other wills made by me. I have disposed of my real estate by deed as I wanted it to go. I want my personal property divided as follows: after all my indebtiness is paid I want paid to each of my children viz: Mrs. Susie Wrights estate, Mrs. Sallie Lyons, Mrz. Eliza Camp, Mrs. Polly Burgamy Mrs. Julia Lockhart, Mrs. Effie Smith, A. B. Hattaway Jr. W. E. Hattaway & Cleveland Hattaway five dollars each in Cash. the remainder of my moneys and personal properties to be equally divided between my other two sons, L. N. Hattaway and A. S. Hattaway except the family clock and sewing machine which I wish to go to my son L. N. Hattaway. I do here by appoint my two sons L. N. Hattaway and A. S. Hattaway as executors of my will and empower them ‎[one line missing from copy]‎ will and pay my doctor bills, and burial expenses.

In witness where of I have signed my name and affixed my seal. This twenty second day of August One thousand Nine hundred and twenty two.
